Clock in and out from the web or the phone, see where each punch was made, and manage shifts, leave and public holidays.
What it does
- Clock in and out on the web or the phone app, even offline (the punch syncs later).
- Location on each punch, with an office pin and radius: punches outside it are flagged with the distance.
- Records that show when they were edited, and by whom, including changes made outside the app.
- Shifts, leave requests and balances, and Kenyan public holidays.
- Daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports.
Questions
- Can I see where staff clocked in?
- Yes. Each punch records its location; set your office pin and radius and punches outside it show as "Outside office" with the distance.
- Can attendance records be changed without anyone knowing?
- No. Every change is recorded with who made it, and a change made outside Galaxy, straight in the database, is shown as such.
